70 Years of Tankerska Plovidba – An Evening to Remember

The celebration of 70 years of Tankerska Plovidba’s business operations was one of the most striking events of the season. This magnificent evening took place at Ventula Restaurant & Lounge, welcoming around 500 guests—domestic and international business partners, friends, and company associates.

Alongside a rich ceremonial program, TH Catering delivered a diverse and elegant gastronomic offering that included show cooking, a selection of cold appetizers and canapés, hot dishes with meat and fish options, seasonal side dishes and fresh salads, fine desserts and pastries, as well as a carefully curated beverage selection.

Special attention was given to organization, service dynamics, and alignment with the event protocol, ensuring every guest experienced an evening worthy of such a major jubilee.

An Exclusive Cruise Through the Zadar Archipelago

The day after the celebration, 250 selected guests took part in a full-day boat excursion through the Zadar archipelago. In a more relaxed yet equally demanding organizational setting, we provided catering that followed the rhythm of the voyage and the natural beauty of the surroundings. Along with refreshing beverages, the offer included cold and warm bites and dishes inspired by local and traditional cuisine, all presented as light meals suitable for a day at sea. The combination of authentic flavors and a unique location created an unforgettable experience for all participants.

Fashion Event Moderna at the Port of Gaženica

Set in the impressive atmosphere of the Port of Gaženica, the fashion show Moderna gathered around 450 visitors. For this attractive event, TH Catering was responsible for complete gastronomic support. We prepared hot meals for organizers and models, as well as a diverse finger food selection for all attendees. A bar with a classic beverage package was also available.

Fast, elegant, and functional service was key to ensuring the fashion story unfolded seamlessly, allowing guests to enjoy every aspect of the event.

Infobip Shift – Technology and Catering in Perfect Harmony

Infobip Shift, the largest developers’ conference in this part of Europe, has been held in Zadar for years—something we are especially proud of, as it brings together a large number of domestic and international visitors. Our collaboration included catering on the opening day at the Church of St. Nicholas – Museum of Underwater Archaeology, as well as catering for speakers at Višnjik Sports Hall throughout the conference. The focus was on practical, high-quality, and energizing hot meals tailored to the dynamic conference schedule.

European Team Table Tennis Championships – A VIP Experience at Višnjik Sports Hall

During the European Team Table Tennis Championships, also held in Zadar, we were responsible for the VIP lounge at Višnjik Sports Hall. Throughout the day, we provided continuous food service and a rich beverage selection, maintaining a high level of service for VIP guests. At events like these, precision, discretion, and quality make all the difference—and that is exactly what we consider our greatest value.
